- Receive new clients, answering questions as to how our program works and how we can benefit their situation- Instruct patients to complete all intake documents, reviewing each one, prior to appointment- Insure that the records of each patient are reviewed by the clinician, and that client compliance is in order- Compassionately interact with individuals going through the difficult transition from addiction to recovery, without judgement- Assist in urine drug screens as needed- Guide patient from start to finish during appointments- Assist in all clinic management aspects

• Manage a four state (Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and western Pennsylvania) territory with thousands of clinics to keep recommending our services and products to their clients. • Effectively manage a home office, keeping complete and accurate records• Travel to multiple clinics in a day, sometimes working weeks on end during the busy season, which included out of state meetings and week-long conventions• Independently schedule, plan and execute all aspects of company representation with veterinary hospital calls, appointments and in-clinic seminars, open houses and local, state and national meetings• Build rapport, develop relationships and provide materials and education within hospitals• Handle issues completely, accurately and with excellent follow through• Input accurate information on a daily basis using the company’s CRM software database• Maintain accurate and timely accounting of expenses within budget allocation• Demonstrated proper telephone etiquette with clients and during conference calls

• Visit clinics in Ohio and western Pennsylvania to make sure managers had current materials and answer any questions regarding our services• Schedule numerous relief veterinarians according to profitability guidelines • Manage inventory of marketing materials distributed• Maintain current records of visits to hospitals, ownership changes and interest in relief• Report any findings to management, immediately• Submit expense report on time and within budget allocation• Cover all office manager duties when the office manager was out of the office• Represent company at the local veterinary convention
