- Head of Grade: Led my team in logistics, interdisciplinary curriculum planning, and sample lessons. My classroom served as a model classroom for piloting new teaching methods and technology. As well, I served as a Design Thinking exemplar, training students, teachers, and playing a role in our design thinking conference, held each summer for educators around the world. I created and led professional development for the lower and middle school teachers around the topics of: classroom culture, grading, assessments, and rubrics, technology, and project based learning.- Teaching: 5th grade mathematics and grammar/writing

During the summer of 2013 I worked and lived on site at each retreat, leading and facilitating events, logistics, staff, and volunteers. Each retreat week included approximately 200 adults and children to plan daily activities, meals, and schedules, for, as well as working logistics for housing. Events lead, facilitated, and planned included: Early Childhood activity rotations (AKA: Flip Flop), Talent Show, Unbirthday Party, and all volunteer functions.
