Early in the design phase, she dove into problem discovery and extensive ideation, and at the end of a cycle, left things well-documented and organized. She approached design systems from a UX (or rather Designer Experience) lens and an enthusiasm to refine -- didn't hesitate to get deep into the intricacies of component architecture when the project merited it.
