As the Director of Investor Relations, I manage communication and relationships between the company and both existing and potential investors. I regularly provide financial reports, investor briefings, and host investor meetings and roadshow events to ensure investors are kept up to date on the company’s performance and strategic direction. I work closely with management, the investment team, and the compliance department to develop and implement effective investor communication strategies, ensuring information is transparent, accurate, and in line with regulatory requirements. Additionally, I am responsible for analyzing the market and competitive environment, gathering investor feedback, assisting with fundraising, and attracting new investors. My goal is to build long-term, stable investor relationships and enhance the company’s reputation and influence in the capital markets.

Tenant representation and consulting services for corporations; provides real estate transactional services to corporations locally, nationally and internationally. Particularly focused on corporations with a presence in multiple markets. I have been responsible for landlord and tenant representation and the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of office properties

Transitioned to management of the various Treasury administrative functions, balance sheet & capital markets strategy, and relationship management of corporate banks and credit rating agencies GeoSouthern ($1.85 billion): $550 million term loan B and $1.15 billion 10 year senior notes to fund acquisition and ~$300 million of liability management tenders; TLB reopened the market as first successful E&P issuer in ~5 years

Responsible for a range of M&A activities including opportunity and target market identification, competitor analysis, marketing approach, corporate strategy, financial evaluation, diligence and negotiationsLed the coordination and prioritization of activities across technical & banking teams
