In this role, I combined data analysis and visualisation to provide impactful consumer understanding, which was utilised across business categories and functions. Using internal and external data sources to tell a story, which could increase engagement within the product development and marketing teams.

Whilst working at WAS, I supported adults with an Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) with their daily living whilst encouraging independence. This included help with social development, (for example using communication tools such as PECS or signing), and also helping to build routines which encourage varied activities.

This research project, based in Liverpool, aimed to investigate the negative symptoms of schizophrenia and possible psychotherapeutic interventions. My responsibilities included building a good rapport with the participants, and providing practical support to ensure they were able to attend the sessions. I was also required to record the meetings, and complete session records.
