As the Chief of Staff for Microsoft for Startups, I lead the strategy, operations, and execution of the global program that supports startups with cloud technology, mentorship, and access to customers. With over 15 years of experience across various business disciplines and industries, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to this role, including financial modeling, partner marketing, sales excellence, and program management.I am passionate about driving innovation and advancing efficiency and impact for both Microsoft and the startup ecosystem. I have successfully launched and scaled multiple initiatives, such as Modern Commerce, the Microsoft Advertising Partner Program that have enhanced the performance and collaboration of the teams and partners I work with.
