As a Program Director with over 8 years of experience in the non-profit sector, I am passionate about empowering and healing survivors of abuse and exploitation. I oversee the development and implementation of various programs and services that aim to restore the dignity and well-being of our clients at The Potter's Hands Foundation, a leading organization in behavioral health and trauma support.In my current role, I manage the budget, staff, and operations of the organization, as well as ensure the quality and effectiveness of the programs and services. I also secure funding, resources, and collaborations with the board of directors, donors, and partners. I use my customer support and program monitoring skills to communicate with various stakeholders, track and report on the progress and outcomes of the programs, and address any issues or challenges. Moreover, I leverage my behavioral health and trauma expertise to design and deliver trainings, workshops, and classes to the staff and clients, as well as to provide individual and group counseling and support. I am motivated by the mission and vision of the organization, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for our staff and clients.
