· Developed new and improved iterations of a marketing results dashboard to enable team effectiveness on future marketing campaigns by tracking progress of critical metrics such as open rates, click-throughs, opt outs, and conversions.· Deemed responsible for the on boarding experience for new business card customers including the marketing strategy around fulfillment materials, welcome emails, digital on boarding, card activation engagement, etc.· Completed the business case and subsequent deployment of 9 new behavior based trigger emails to be sent to customers at relevant moments in time. · Served as project manager during the revamp of the Chase business card website & was on point for all related responsibilities including compliance with ADA standards, SEO best practice implementation, and design of the site reporting framework. · Single-handedly organized several professional golf experiences and culinary events from conception through day of execution, designed to recognize and retain top customers.· Worked collaboratively across the organization to support the control related agenda and strengthen internal controls around marketing claims language and consistency in messaging.· Promoted in July of 2012 to a product management position with joint responsibility of the profit & loss statement for a small business portfolio comprised of 2 million customers.· Partnered with the loyalty rewards team to offer business card customers a robust set of incentives to spend more on their Chase credit card, i.e. cash back rewards, gift cards, sporting event tickets, etc. while simultaneously managing the rewards expense to the business.· Completed the launch of a brand new business credit card product offer online, including the product build, marketing materials, and product fulfillment materials.· Designed and executed a Facebook promotion that exceeded campaign engagement goals and benchmarks by 400%.
