Provided career, educational and employment counselling to people between the ages of 16-29, from recent university graduates needing to establish their careers to street youth facing multiple barriers to employment or education.Supported clients through the work search process such as writing resumes, cover letters and preparing for interviews, developing pre-employment, personal development and life skills as necessary.Facilitated workshops on resume writing, networking, cover letters, computer skills & interviews.Planned and implemented the Career Discovery program for the agency. Coordinated the program, created the budget, assisted with the proposal, recruited clients and facilitated groups.Selected to work on the Bridges to Tourism Careers program, a collaboration between four TDSB high schools, Youth Employment Service and partners from the tourism and hospitality industry.
