Triple Zero Victoria provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the State’s emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for police, fire, ambulance and VICSES. 000 VIC answered more than 2.6 million calls for assistance in 2018-19; on average this is a call every 12 seconds or more than 7100 a day. More than 1.8 million of these calls come via the triple zero emergency call service. During the same period, we dispatched more than 2.2 million events. I manage a Delta Uplift Project Recruitment Team of 5, that is responsible for recruiting and onboarding 584 new employees to assist with our COVID-19 Rapid Response.

DTF provide economic, financial and resource management advice to help the Victorian Government deliver its policies.
