I have 15 years retail experience currently. I became a salaried member of management 5 years ago, at that time I became a assistant manager with the company, a year after I was promoted to my current position co-manager which is right under the store manager. My responsibilities have been to be the direct supervisor over assistant managers, act as store manager when the store manager is off, manages 300+ associates, read, understand and train others on the stores monthly profit and loss. In my 15 years with the company I can say I take great pride in being able to adapt with the changes the company makes to look to the future, my associates always are taken care of , taught , trained and held accountable when necessary. I also have great pride in taking care of my customers day by day and making sure they have the best experience possible. I am always on time and always make it to work. I look forward to continue learning and growing every day weather it be with my current company or a new one.
