Stephanie has gained studio experience through collaborative and solo recording projects and voice-over sessions.Ms. Luster received international exposure performing at various Jazz clubs in Paris and at select resorts in the Bahamas and Mexico. Spearheaded the Breaking the Silence Speakers Tour. Provided a platform for people of Congolese decent (particularly women), to raise public awareness about the many human rights violations (including rape and genocide) occurring in the Democratic Republic of Congo.Organized speaking engagements at colleges and universities across the country and internationally. FOTC speakers have been guest lecturers before the US Congress, the Canadian Parliament, The United Nations and universities such as Howard University, Yale, Harvard, the University of Chicago, Spellman and a myriad of college campuses throughout the United States and Canada. Under Ms. Luster's leadership, the FOTC Speakers Bureau increased revenues and continues to flourish.

The mission of Digital Freedom Institute (DFI) was to "bridge the digital divide" in underserved communities with very limited access to the Internet and the lack of computer literacy." DFI established computer training facilities in the District for several years. DFI was also a forerunner in live webcasting, and audio/ video on demand on the national stage.Administrator/ IT Project Manager. Solely responsible for the day to day operations. Recruited and managed staff members, consultants and interns. Assisted in the development of sales and marketing strategies. Managed client accounts. Proficient in Microsoft Office 2007A technical and creative liaison between DFI clientele and DFI web/ graphic designers and programmers. Devised customized proposals for client web design projects. Guided clients through each phase of the web design process. DFI produced professional, customized websites for businesses, non-profits and educational institutions.

The Boarder Baby Project (BBP) was a non-profit organization launched in the early 1990's in a direct response to crack and alcohol addicted "new borns" overflowing hospital wards in the District of Columbia. The BBP opened a “transitional home” called “The Little Blue House" to rehabilitate, provide loving care, and to address the special needs of the smallest victims of the crack pandemic in the nation's capitol.Responsible for the day to day operations of the administrative office. Facilitated the training and supervision of part-time office personnel and volunteers. Served as a public relations liaison. Conducted radio interviews, speaking engagements and presentations at many community-based organizations and religious institutions. Managed the United Way Campaign and the Combined Federal Campaign. Raised over $500,000 dollars through the participation in both campaigns.The BBP hosted several fundraising events each quarter and an Annual Gala. Our supporters included high-profile political figures, media personnel and music industry professionals, socialites, doctors, nurses, lawyers, accountants, architects/ builders, realtors and the general public. The ultimate goal of the BBP was to identify loving adoptive homes for all child residents of the Little Blue House..
