Knowledge of office procedures, sales, collections, A/R, A/P, journal entries through creating Financial Statements with basic tax return preparation and understanding. Understanding of inventory costs, value, and control plus maintain price changes. Handle 3-line phone systems, customer service for 40 years along with excellent data entry skills plus system reports when requested. Can work well alone or with group in leadership to motivate. Payroll includes knowledge for various government reports plus deadlines constantly needed with payments and e-filing including constant regulation changes.
