CurrentAs a Project Manager I handle a variety of tasks to ensure that a project is completed successfully. These tasks include: Planning, gathering the scope of the project, organizing, assigning tasks, ensuring that all necessary resources are available, providing direction and motivation to the Engineering team, resolving any conflicts that arise, monitoring jobs so that they stay on a timeline, ensuring team members are productive and engaged, communication between Engineers and Operation Supervisor, tracking the project's progress, managing changes, and addressing any issues that arise. I Keep the direct Operation Supervisor informed about the project's status, have regular meetings, and ensuring that everyone involved is on the same page and manage the work flow.
