Managing programs that improve the lives of babies, moms, caregivers and their families across Montana. Programs include interventions based in hospitals, home visiting, early care and primary care settings. Interested in system improvements through collaborations, community based coalitions and locally derived solutions.

I performed all aspects of gift acknowledgement for this non-profit, including initial receipt, database entry, and acknowledgement generation and dispersal. As database maven I created donor lists for direct mail and other communications as necessary. I also assisted in major event planning, registration, realization and follow up. In my brief time at First Place I gained a great deal of experience in the non-profit development world.

Reported to Executive Director. Responsibilities included: budgetary management of public and private funds, payroll administration, grant applications and administration, management of donor relations and giving finances, co-supervision of receptionist and students assistants, created and managed statistical analysis system of attendance, devised and implemented fund restructuring for growing entity.
