Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the companies presence through our customers satisfaction. Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the company. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports and cyclical sales meetings.

As the Associate Director I am responsible for building sales teams within our company to maximize our growth and revenue. I also constantly educate myself on the developing changes of the security industry as a whole and the evolving technology in the market. I also help create and develop new marketing strategies for the sales reps to be able to appropriately deliver the product to our prospective customers. In addition to managing and developing marketing strategies; my main passion is education and training.I am the sole sales trainer for every department in the company. I develop, create, and produce all of the sales training materials in order to properly prepare each sales representative to effectively and accurately deliver the information to prospects and ultimately gain the business. Wearing multiple hats is a very natural skill and the ability to effectively multi task various duties and tasks is important in my daily routines.
