The Senior Account Manager maintains and grows relationships with our customers, while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal. I am expected to retain existing business,while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts. It is also my job to retain and profitably grow company volume, sales,and profitability through proactive management of assigned security accounts. In addition to maintaining existing accounts i am also in charge of selling new or additional products or services to prospective customers; and/or finding additional buyers within the existing customer locations through our referral programs. I am also responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. I do this by setting performance metrics, evaluating productivity, and helping workers create long-term career plans within our company.
