After return from maternity leave, I reduced my hours at work. And now work within the UK accounts department working within a team of 12 people. I also work alongside another Management Accountant completing all aspects of the monthly accounts.

Management Accountant for our depot based in Doha, Qatar (closure 2017)Using MCS-Rm System and Financials I complete all aspects of the Management account pack aswell as assist in preparing cashflow forecasts and budgets for the DepotI recently visited Qatar to oversee the yearly audit with Adib al Chaa Accountants

all tasks are completed on the Pinnacle system. Jobs includedwithin the role are as follows:* Purchase Ledger - All duties Inc. Head office bills* Sales Ledger - All Duties Inc. reports for month and closing SL & PL* Other duties - Warranty Bonus, Manufacturers bonuses (i.e. vehicle bonuses), Financecommissions, Bank reconciliation, Banking, POS credit notes, Purchase orders, Recharges,Stocking plans, Intercompany payments, Depreciation, Petty cash, Route payments andsettlements, Vehicle debtors, Journals and allocations, monthly vehicle stock count and 6monthly part stock count.

the role was basic administration at first and thenprogressed into assistant role. All tasks were completed using the Kerridge system. Jobs includedwithin the role were as follows:* Office Administration i.e. Filing, Opening Post, Stationary ordering and Reception cover.* Purchase Ledger Duties - Inputting and coding large volumes of invoices, writing and keyingcheques, Petty cash, Statements, Monthly supplier payments, credit card reconciliations,manager expenses and closing PL at month end.* Sales Ledger - Banking, Chasing Debt, Bank Reconciliation and closing SL at month end* Other duties - Mercedes Benz finance reports, Stocking Plans, Technician Performance, DailyOperating Controls Inc. Sold Hours Reports and Parts Sales Reports. Quarterly Expenditure,nominal reconciliations, intercompany journals, monthly recharges, consignment stockreports and Vehicle flash reports
