• Manage and maintain consistent workflow, solid customer service initiatives, special projects and all payroll related tasks.• Successfully paying approximately 180,000 weekly and 2,200 monthly paid associates• Control a multi-state payroll for six southeastern states.• Oversee the appropriate processing of four separate time systems.• Implement and approve all Access Databases related to payroll data.• Request, test and approve all required payroll changes within SAP• Document and implement multiple SOX requirements quarterly, for five separate departments.• Manage all confidential legal manners n regards to payroll • Execution, problem resolution, incoming and outgoing files are met each week in the pay calculation processing for approximately 180k employees.• Develop and manage multiple special projects including Net +2 Off cycle direct deposit as well as ePay (electronic pay statements), continual tax upgrades, payroll repayments, all year-end activities including W2s and W2Cs.• Administer all Payroll Compliance orders such as court orders; federal and state tax levies, garnishments, student loans, etc. • Manage all benefits (health care, retirement, etc), travel reimbursement and other special payments which directly impact pay.• In addition to all pay adjustments, posting to finance and voluntary/involuntary deductions.• Quarterly and annual reporting of all salary accounts.• Effectively issue over 200,000 annual W2 forms. While maintaining a percentage rate of lower than .5% W2C year after year.• Sustain a solid issuance of 100% of all ACH payments and checks fulfilling all Accounts Payable, Worker’s Compensation and General Liability disbursements.• Maintaining a successful department of 58 employees, while enhancing individual’s professional skills, growth opportunities and company betterment.

• Manage, coordinate, maintain consistent workflow, Customer Service initiatives, Stock Options, all Military personnel for Long and Short term, oversee all Payroll Technical Team, Processing Team, and Payroll Support activities are met. Lead and coordinate all year-end activities for Payroll and Payroll Accounting. Which consist of but are not limited to:• Execution, problem resolution, incoming and outgoing files are met each week in the pay calculation processing for approximately 125k employees.• Off cycle pay calculation, Direct Deposit as well as ePay (electronic pay statements), tax upgrades, error report corrections, all year-end activities including W2s and W2Cs.• Development and execution of queries used company wide; Court orders, federal and multiple state tax adjustments and payments, net/gross payroll, voluntary/involuntary deductions, etc.• Coordinate human resource related specifics for 67 unions. • Maintain ex-patriot requirements for 2k separate employees.• Problem resolution for Business Units (within Lockheed Martin) as well as employee level issues.
