Day by day I work through unscheduled and broken appointment lists to keep our practice operating and schedule flowing. I work with patients with new patient paperwork, verifying insurances, treatment planning, as well as entering payments/eobs and correcting claims for insurance processing when requested.

Within first week I was promoted from front desk to insurance coordinator. Responsible for verification of benefits, sending out claims, correcting or corresponding with insurances on past claims, pre authorizations, entering in payments, contacting past due balances, at times treatment planning, reviewing and contacting insurance on aging report plus daily reception duties as needed when we have a team member out.

Right hand recruiter to CEO Andy Albright of our multi-million dollar life insurance brokerage company. I hired, trained and continually developed agents to become their best both professionally and personally.

Supervised and managed all aspects of Gold's Gym during evening hours which included staff, merchandise, sales, members, etc.

Maintained patient accounts and billing for general dentists. Specialized in phone operations, new patients, insurance verification, treatment planning, insurance claim submission and scheduling.Drs. Cameron & Roman owned three separate offices' as well as a home office, where I was selected to manage and oversee our Accounts Receivable for all three offices in reference to file and refile all new and existing dental claims.
