Maintain all aspects of running a small business on a daily basis, this including:- Monitor amount of customer orders, process orders, AR- Accounts payable, bank reconciliation, payment of none PO expenses, expenses in general- Research and development of new products and current products, adding new items to web site and maintaining current websites- Work side by side with owner, maintain schedules of owner and other employees- Attend vendor meetings, trade shows, create in-house meetings and lead - Customer service via email, multi phone line, in person- Maintain great relations with vendor reps, city personnel and repeat customers - Extensive knowledge of UPS, FedEx, SpeeDee, and freight companies- Manage warehouse by conducting and leading inventory, pulling of orders, packaging and creating Bill Of Ladings for outbound freight shipments- ADP payroll and 401K
