Her career has included roles in both the corporate sector and private practice. Corporately, Stephanie has worked in financial services, health and wellness and education providing comprehensive Human Resources solutions. Whether leading a team to source and hire top talent or inspiring teams to lean into their aspirational culture, Stephanie has worked alongside individuals and teams championing their desires and encouraging their growth.In private practice, Stephanie works with individuals as they hone their personal leadership style and teams as they contemplate group dynamics and strive to develop supportive team agreements to enable success. She combines her insatiable curiosity with her unique blend of creativity and compassion forming the conversational crucible for individuals and teams to safely explore possibilities. By asking provocative and insightful questions Stephanie encourages intentional action supporting her clients as they grow and evolve. Stephanie has a passion for the field of education which inspired the design and delivery of several leadership development programs at independent schools within Canada.
