Experienced senior leader currently working as Assistant Head Whole School. Fortunate to have an exciting portfolio at Repton Dubai which includes Wellbeing and Life Beyond the Classroom. Passionate about High Performance cultures and developing people. Leaving London in 2023 I was proud to leave behind an important legacy project for female Health and I’m excited to see what we can do in Dubai to bring this important area of education into an international context. I was joint founder of the ‘SpEx’ Concept (Sport and Exercise) as a school based pupil-centred programme that unlocks potential by exposing individuals to experiences and opportunities which guide them towards an outcome that they are invested in. Having shaped our own school’s journey and invested in supporting others to do the same, I’ll always be passionate about supporting leaders to deliver world class education that supports every child. My years in safeguarding and child support allowed me to experience the leadership around the care of children in state, independent and charity sectors.
