It all started at the age of 21, when my grandmother took me to Las Vegas and we stayed at the Bellagio - It was the most perfect vacation - the customer service, the food (the food!), the details put into our room, the personal touches, just the overall experience of my stay was beyond exceptional. After working many different jobs throughout high school and college in the hospitality industry, along with that memorable stay at the Bellagio, I decided to make hospitality my career and haven't looked back! I graduated from the College of Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources, at the University of Missouri, with a Bachelor's of Science in Hospitality Management with an emphasis in Lodging, along with a Minor is Business Administration. My current position is Director of Revenue for Lodging Hospitality Management. Throughout my career I've been able to really hone my skills in event planning, hotel management, revenue management, strategic selling, marketing and most important building and maintaining customer relationships. As I continue to grow my career, my goal is to create that memorable experience for each one of my clients.
