As a Client Services Manager II, my primary responsibility is to oversee the relationships between the company and our clients. Specifically, I oversee the technology and software industry team. I am tasked with ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. I manage client accounts, develop and implement strategies to meet their needs, and ensure that their expectations are exceeded. Additionally, I work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer success to coordinate client activities and ensure seamless service delivery. I am responsible for monitoring client feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The mission of an Account Associate is to work with our private equity clients to ensure project success. The Account Associate represents Apex Leaders to our clients on projects, works to understand their needs, thinks strategically to ensure success, speaks with industry leaders and experts to ensure fit, and facilitates an introduction. The Account Associate reports to the Director and regularly communicates and works closely with the Research team and other account team members.

The Research Associate is an integral part of the Operations team. The mission of a Research Associate is to identify and communicate with industry leaders. The Research Associate conducts in-depth and creative research to identify relevant individuals, utilizing channels such as social and professional networks, industry associations, and trade publications. In addition, the Research Associate works closely with various members of the team to lead or support ongoing company initiatives that accelerate the growth of Apex Leaders.

• Seek out new sales opportunities with farmers and growers utilizing a variety of sales methods• Develop proposals and programs for prospective customers• Meet with growers and brewers, listening closely to needs and concerns• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and service offerings• Build a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections• Enter customer data, sales and effectively utilize ERP system• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data• Continuously evaluate sales and development objectives• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, key strategic partners, and key customers• Represent and promote the company at trade association meetings, conferences and other industry events• Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect market and competitive conditions; monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.

• Administer the Career Services Management platform.• Research and approve employers and job/internship postings.• Track job postings and student application activity and promote employment opportunities to students, alumni, and departments as necessary.• Post and advertise career fairs, networking events, information sessions, workshops, and on-campus interview sessions to students and alumni.• Manage the for-credit internship database and train faculty/staff supervisors on how to utilize the system.• Maintain the daily operations of the Alumni Mentoring system.• Manage and maintain additional career services systems utilized by the department.• Prepare statistical reports regarding employer and student activities.• Coordinate and serve as primary contact for career-related events, partnering with conference services, catering, parking services, and other departments as needed.• Oversee the assessment process to determine employer hiring and student employment earnings for the Job Location Development grant.

• Proficient in using different databases such as PeopleSoft, Hobsons CRM, Wrike Project Management Tool, and Perceptive Content.• Analyze and evaluate the needs of the prospective students, accurately assess admissions criteria, determine appropriate information and referral, exercise discretion to resolve issues, then to tailor the message to fit each unique situation.• Establish and maintain working relationships with community groups, high school contacts, parents, and Boise State student organizations and staff.• Promote Boise State to prospective students in order to meet enrollment goals set by the University.• Managed territory to determine best schools to visit by examining past enrollment rates, current contact with students, applications received, and other influencing factors. • Welcome prospective students to the University by processing paperwork; arranging meetings with guests; providing detailed information sessions; conducting follow-up activities such as letter writing and phone-calling campaigns.• Counsel, advise and maintain positive contact with prospective students and families regarding admission requirements, financial aid and scholarships, and campus life.• Coordinate and execute over 50 recruitment events a year for groups ranging from 10 to 800 people.• Lead for Discover Boise State, the largest Admissions recruitment event. • Delivered numerous interactive admission presentations in front of groups ranging from 10 to 800 people.• Employed unique recruitment techniques such as organizing coffee visits and note writing campaigns for prospective students.• Keep the Admissions website up to date using WordPress and Hobsons CRM.
