I am highly skilled in project management and relationship building, creating structure through metrics, driving team performance, and truly believe that success lies in the details. In my role as Director of Client Services, I am responsible for the management and oversight of a large team of Client Services Managers and Research Account Associates, overall client health and successful project execution, company priorities focused on operational efficiencies, continuous process improvement, and talent development and training.
