In this busy health facility, focused on providing exceptional member and guest service, I helped to lead all aspects of Welcome Center operations. I worked closely with the Membership Director in recruiting, hiring, training and managing our staff of 30 - 40. I was also consistently asked to join interview panels for director level positions within our facility. Serving as a shift lead at this busy health facility’s front desk I helped to create an exceptional experience for members and guests. Along with leading prospective members on customized tours I answered phone, online and in-person inquires. I handled the sales of facility memberships, programs and services from beginning to end.
