As a Wholesale Relationship Specialist, I play a vital role in supporting the Commercial Banking Line of Business, specializing in commercial real estate and builder lines of credit. Collaborating closely with Commercial Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers, I am dedicated to ensuring the seamless origination and servicing of loans and deposit accounts.

Provides specialized and confidential administrative support to the CLO, while also serving as the liaison between the lenders, loan support areas within the bank and clients in the areas of lending, including new loan requests, past due loans, and loan maintenance.

Provided supervisory and confidential support to Loan Administration Manager. Served as department advisor and aide to the Loan Administration staff and auxiliary support to all areas of the Loan Administration department.

This position was created and considered a “hybrid” position where I was cross trained, working in all areas of the Loan Administration department. It included all functions and duties as a loan processing specialist and added loan servicing duties which included managing/monitoring reports and general ledgers daily, providing and processing payoffs and lien releases, performing monthly and yearly internal audits and maintaining escrow accounts.

Processed commercial and consumer loan closings and renewals, reviewed title policies and settlement statements, handled loan bookings and funding, tracked and obtained post-closing items and loan file imaging.

Maintained branch cash flow, daily cash reconciliation of cash vault, shipping & receiving to Federal Reserve, selling and promoting of bank products and services, funneled leads and referrals to appropriate bank personal, managed daily, weekly, and monthly duties assigned in a timely manner.

Served customers by completing account transactions, including deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals, recording night and mail deposits and selling of cashier's checks.

Provided customer service support to customers in all areas including billing and equipment repairs before eventually moving into a sales position where I maintained sales quotas.

Sold wireless service contracts for multiple wireless retailers as an authorized agent. Handled opening/closing of the store, processed nightly deposits, maintained merchandising and inventory control of store.
