Planned and executed Industry Days and answered hundreds of questions from industry representatives.• Participated in development and reviews of NEPA assessments for OEI projects, reviewing DOPAAs on OEI's behalf, providing technical input, assisting with stakeholder coordination, and facilitating senior leadership review and signature processes.• Assisted in consultation with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) on threatened and endangered species concerns. • Prepared and coordinated multiple information briefings and ‘short-fuse’ responses to Congressional requests for information on behalf of senior Army leadership.• Developed major solicitations (RFPs) for several projects in coordination with DLA Energy.

Drafted multiple chapters of text and managed distribution and adjudication of thousands of comments through formal staffing processes for subsequent adoption.• Planned and executed a multi-day workshop for Air Force environmental restoration personnel consisting of over 200 uniformed and civilian attendees in June 2007.
