CurrentInstructor - plan and design science curriculum including both online and in person content, practice, and assessments- create and adhere to timeline for curriculum implementation - collect, organize, and analyze data to ensure diverse learners meet rigorous state standards- use data analysis to determine ways to improve curriculum and learner outcomesMTSS Team Leader- develop meeting agendas and organizational spreadsheets - plan, schedule, and lead MTSS meetings to ensure data is disseminated and all stakeholders have a voice in decision making- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with families, staff, and community members- create student profiles and update data in state database -support district and school leadership teams to ensure MTSS processes, protocols, plans are implemented with fidelity and meet the needs of students- support and coach classroom teachers on best practices for Tier 1 instruction and Tier 2 intervention- share resources such as research-based instructional strategies and interventions to improve student achievement
