Having an enduring passion for supporting others in education and development I have experience as a manager, teacher, trainer and coach. As FE manager I planned programmes and timetables and supported and assessed staff and students using various methods including mentoring, coaching and lecturing. Teaching and training involved working with diverse groups including apprenticeships, prison education and Industry, and working with multi-agencies in the process of providing the best outcome for students. Being an advocate of continuous development for myself as well as others I have recently completed a Masters developing skills as a positive psychology practitioner and coach which included demonstrating the ability to be an authentic listener and to empower others to reach their potential. I have also gained the NDORS licence allowing me to deliver speed awareness courses. I hold an enhanced DBS and am a member of the update service
