About Stephanie Rollero, Phd

With a strong appetite for research and innovation as well as a passion for the oenological world, I have been working for nearly 12 years in research and development in the service of the wine industry. I have thus been able to understand the needs and expectations of the sector in terms of fermentation control and management.Very comfortable in contacts and communication, I have been able through my professional experiences to work in collaboration with many interlocutors from both the academic and industrial sectors as well as to meet their various expectations, in particular planning, organisation and management of projects with strong financial and technical constraints. Gifted with good interpersonal and management skills, I thrive in the role of R&D manager. In addition, I have been able to develop writing and oral communication skills in French and English through project writing, publishing scientific and popularisation articles, internal reports for the companies in which I have worked, and also at conferences targeting various audiences.My interest in oenological research drives me to use my knowledge to continuously improve the quality of wines in a context of climate change and sustainable development.
