Supporting the management team of Het Ballet Centrum in the day to day running of the dance school and providing leadership and mentorship for their trainee dance teachers. Responsibilities:• Communicating with the business manager and artistic director with regards the strategic planning.• Dealing with new customer enquiries. Managing existing customer relationships- acting as the 'confidential confident' within the school.• Planning and delivery of in house CPD courses for teachers • Examination forms- data entry• Planning, management and delivery of Small and Large Scale Events• Mentoring and supervisor for trainee teachers
