Reporting to the Vice President of Policy and Consultation Services, I am responsible for providing strategic advice to executive leadership, the CEO and Board of Directors to support governance and decision-making on various key issues. This complex and intensive project included a 233-page Bid Book which outlined the infrastructure and operational details/ commitment of Toronto’s bid to host the games, a government endorsed deficit guarantee and a multi-million-dollar budget for the bid.This challenging project involved input from various multi-disciplinary, inter-ministerial and inter-governmental teams (City, Province and Federal Government).
