Managed CAD design and development of all color palettes, prints, yarn dyes, knits, and sweaters for the Van Heusen and IZOD womenswear Heritage brands from concept to final stage. Implemented new technologies and workflow solutions for creative design including digital color, print approvals, artwork submission and PLM. Researched trends for color and print direction. Expedited the garment, print, and color development for the Van Heusen and IZOD womenswear lines. Fashioned and recolored prints in Kaledo to work with color palettes branching across different top categories. Created packages and prints in the Centric PLM system and helped establish best practices for comments and communications.

Spearheaded the transformation of our third-party print business to be created in-house using Kaledo, and Adobe software. Created design inspiration boards along with power point presentations for mood and color.Assisted in training on Centric PLM and Kaledo. Communicated with in-house partners, overseas factories, and suppliers from color comments to strike off approvals including fabrications. Instituted a work program for special needs individuals to aid in various tasks throughout the design and marketing teams.
