From Soda to Snuff…. Stephanie has dedicated 19 years of her career to the consumer-packaged goods industry. The fast-paced retail and merchandising of Pepsi Cola’s DSD environment more than prepared her for seizing retail opportunities in the OTP category for Swedish Match. Stephanie started at Swedish Match in 2008 as an ASM. Upon return from maternity leave in 2013, she was promoted into the KAM role calling on Sheetz, Get Go / Giant Eagle, & Kwik Fill convenience chains. With 1 ASM on her team, together they drove more than $26mm in annual direct purchases; +35mm total product units. In August of 2022, Stephanie was promoted to Business Development Manager overseeing the Entire Account Business for Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, & Western PA. This is a leadership role supporting 3 KAM's & 5 ASM's.Stephanie has always had a passion for solutions, sourcing opportunities for co-workers & retailers alike. It was this solutions-oriented mindset and her passion to connect with people that were the driving forces behind her desire to establish the first women's mentoring ERG at Swedish Match. Stephanie serves as Founder & Lead Coordinator for PWR – Professional Women Rising. Stephanie is a wife and mom of 2 boys – Caeden (10) & Carter (6) - that celebrates having the support to pursue career, while being a present mother. Stephanie has personal interests of being active outdoors, serving as a Cub Scout Leader, and most importantly – family.
