National Ancillary Service Lead / Chief Of Staff
• Oversee end-to-end service operations across a national ancillary segment including to the service experience, relationship, service strategy, service quality, program advocacy and service outcomes. • Serve as the Executive Liaison of accountability for the service experience between external national ancillary partners • Serves as Direct Team member of an Account Management Team in which he/she must execute on all assigned activities, functions, and business process improvements. Achieve service goals and objective and contribute towards achievement total medical cost saving goals within their segment ($180M). • Meet routinely with national ancillary senior executives to advocate and educate on Cigna's HCP, Customer and Client experience and ensure alignment with service strategy and goals. • Handles high priority issues within assigned segment such as executive office complaints, DOI complaints, compliance requirements etc. • Educate and advocate for HCP, Client and Customer stakeholders on national ancillary programs, program changes, and potential downstream impacts on these stakeholders. Routinely asked to develop and deliver presentations to wide range of internal and external audiences relative to their national ancillary segment. • Responsible for capturing, documenting, and sharing market intelligence relative to their national ancillary segment; use market intelligence to develop and drive strategic improvements
