- Process orders received from sales and send out the contracts to customers to get their acceptance.- Closely liaise with the production team to get the order ready in time for customer’s requested ETA while ensuring payment is made promptly.- Ensure that shipping documentations are sent to customers promptly in order for goods to be released once it arrives destination.- Record and report of any customer complaints and escalate it to the relevant departments

- Servicing a specific set of Key clients in their day-to-day shipment bookings; providing end-to-end help in terms of booking confirmation, documentation as well as monitoring their shipments while on water until it arrives at destination. - Responsible of informing clients should there be a change of vessel routing, arrival time or transshipment time.- Daily reporting for cancelled shipments as well as reaching out to customers for more volume for export bookings.- Liaising with customs or port authorities should there be any containers held up in terminals.

- Analyze accounts for possible fraud charges on domestic and international accounts.- Cascade legitimate cases of fraud to relevant department for further handling.- Completing ad-hoc referrals from internal departments or card members’ initiation.- Supporting internal Risk Management & Compliance functions when prompted.- Creating and maintaining good follow-up services to existing clients on the quality of service rendered to perform post mortem if necessary on improving internal processes for better quality of service.
