Responsible for the management and oversight of all CPE operations and product lines including seminars, conferences, trade shows and E-Learning events. Develop and monitor the department’s program and operating budgets. Work with the Chief Operating Officer to research and identify strategic initiatives that will enhance FICPA CPE opportunities and create a competitive advantage including collaborative partnerships, identifying future authors, and expanding programs and services. Implement CPE Strategic Plan initiatives. Ensure adherence to all CPE policies and NASBA standards.

Responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and evaluating assigned conferences and leadership events; overseeing CPE Conferences, special meetings and accounting shows. Responsible for monitoring the performance of other conference personnel. Duties also include developing and overseeing the marketing plan for FICPA CPE Conferences. Track and analyze overall CPE data including: registration, financial, budgeting, program evaluations, and other data as necessary for management decision making and future projections.

Responsible for the management and direction of the departments of Meetings, Member Services and Human Resources including management of staffHuman Resource Officer; creating and implementing policy and procedure, group health plan administrator, all aspects of human resource for 30 employeesWork directly with Capital Health Plan, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, Standard Dental & Life, Avesis, etc. to administer employee benefits.Negotiate health plan contracts and benefits with brokers for Tallahassee and Orlando Offices.
