Assists in coordination of enrollment activities for new and existing customers in support of the achievement of annual Voluntary Benefits sales and profit goals and objectives. Participates in discussions with internal and external parties to determine specialized customer communication and enrollment needs. Assists in planning the development and delivery of all case-specific enrollment material. Assists in support of the enrollment process in the field as required. Conducts and organizes enrollments as required during peak periods, or at times when Voluntary Enrollment Specialist staff members are booked and there is an enrollment need in the field.
