As Office Coordinator, I ensure that the office and the crew have everything they need. This position requires some light accounting duties utilizing Quick Books online. I am the main point of contact in the office for all of our clients. My excellent communication skills and ability to ease those in distress have helped keep client satisfaction and retention. My expertise is in Xactimate. I am a Florida Notary Public and have IICRC certifications for WRT and FSRT. I use my years of experience and education to complete files accurately and quickly.
