Responsible for daily operations. Managed 3 to 4 managers and over 45 employees. Had one of the best profits in the company. Controlled labor and food cost and was in the top 10 of the company. I trained over 35 managers, some continued on in the company and became executive managers. I conducted training seminars for shift supervisors to help them run better shifts. I worked with all my people teaching them all they wanted to know. I prided myself in motivating them to be come better employees and to move up in the company. I was an excellant executive manager.
