- Maintain and balance daily ledgers by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions as well as reconciling entries.- Maintain record of all finances by filing documents.- Prepare, review and enter all invoices to be processed for payment or credit.- Submit bi-weekly payroll by reviewing labor for over 75 employees.- Enter and maintain all employee files; ensuring all files are up to date and adhere to all federal, state, and company policies.- Orientate new hires; reviewing company expectations and duties of all positions; ensuring all paperwork is filled out properly and completely.- Contribute to the team through personal/professional knowledge to assist with the success of the company.

- Ensure all safety standards are met before, during, and after take-off. - Assist with safety checks, cabin preparation and passenger checks to help ensure a safe flight for all passengers. - Manage all communication between crew and passengers as needed to ensure safety throughout the flight.- Be the first response to any emergency situation on board from evacuation of aircraft, administering first aid to ill or incapacitated passengers, and/or manage unusual incidents.- Provide travelers with all information regarding safety guidelines to be followed while onboard and necessary actions during emergencies. - Provide excellent customer service including, but limited to, in-flight services such as meals, beverages and assistance with luggage.- Comply to all company standards while maintaining a high level of professional conduct. - Keeping up to date on all training, FFA regulations, company rules and regulations, and safety measurements.
