Develop, supervise, and provide strategic direction for a team of membership and campaign organizers in both urban and rural areas to be aligned with a statewide power-building field plan, monitor team effectiveness and evaluate progress, work with leadership of member organizations to actively cultivate and create opportunities for cross member collaboration, promote and drive rapid response plans that involve addressing urgent needs for base.
