I was in charge of auditing certain bank files from cash drawers, vaults, and wire documents. Making sure the bank is opened and closed according to loss prevention procedures. Assisting fellow tellers with transaction approvals and customer questions. Ensuring each customer has a WOW experience during their transaction at the teller window. Offering each customer a solution to make sure their needs have been met by the bank.
