I do this with strategic consultancy, neurodivergent specialist experience, and using the skills of an epic team.I’m a mum, and my journey into this sector began with a neurodivergent child, and an inability to access help for him in a useful way. I was in a wheelchair for a while, and I hate that people never spoke to me. They spoke to the person pushing me. I hate that people don’t understand why being inclusive is important.I’m passionate about inclusion, independence, autonomy, and smashing down the barriers that people put upon themselves.
