Following a restructure, which will see the creation of a new, independently owned sister company and the restructuring of company operations, I have been appointed to lead the restructured Xoserve organisation, subject to Xoserve entering into an agreement for the sale of the new company. Completion is due in March 2021

Headhunted internally to serve as deputy / successor to the head of this global function:- Key driver of the strategy to expand CLRM's reach/ services in order to increase adoption of good contracting practice and drive transformation of Cognizant’s approach to contracting - Developed the business case for contract management across the business- Established and led the new Contract Management practice - Head of CWW Contracting Assurance, a pre-signature policy compliance assurance function- Contracting thought leadership to stakeholders and leadership to optimize deal structuring/ contracting and improve commercial performance- Trusted advisor on commercial architecture, use of contractual protections, dispute strategy and the navigation of organisational and contracting ambiguity

- Commercial deal shaper and negotiation lead for large/ complex deals across all sectors and service lines in Europe, taking a holistic view of deals to deliver desired business/ commercial outcomes - Commercial thought leadership to support business development activities- Commercial sounding board for UK/ Europe legal and HR teams- Development and delivery of commercial/ contracting training to the business- Awarded “Partner of the Year” in 2018 by Insurance vertical in the UK. - Presented opening remarks on at International Women’s Day client event on behalf of Group CFO.
