Handling a large and complex subcontracted custodial account for Youngstown State, taking care of allathletic buildings during all sporting seasons; managing a staff of over 25 people, including interviewing,hiring, disciplining and firing. I was responsible for tens of thousands of dollars of manhours, equipmentand supplies for any given month and maintained the contract's profitability. I also pioneered templates,zones and regular usage of the OrangeQC software and, as of leaving, was the only manager company-wide who successfully implemented it and trained other employees on it
