Development and management of special project/funding options including Section 428 Public Assistance Alternative Procedures, improved, alternate and consolidated projects to best meets Applicant's funding needs. Development of 406 hazard mitigation proposals for Applicant's recovery projects. Project scope development and project scope alignment for facilities and infrastructure projects. Management of grant compliance measures related to historic preservation and NEPA. Drafting of Public Involvement Plans, as provided by Alternate Arrangements, where applicable. Represent the Applicant in development of Memorandums of Agreement as per Section 106 requirements. Tracking and trending of grants associated with Applicant's facilities and infrastructure recovery program. Management of grants associated with Applicant's Category B PWs for temporary facilities. Additional grant compliance measures as per FEMA Public Assistance policy and procedures.

Embedded with Applicant for management of disaster recovery program. Work included project scope development, scope alignment, implications of insurance deductions and reductions; special considerations pertaining to historic preservation and NEPA compliance; special projects/funding options including alternate and improved project development; 406 hazard mitigation proposals.
