- Analyze financial reporting packages of potential surgery center acquisition targets, which led to the acquisition or development of over 25 surgery centers in current HCA markets, that today represents over $60 million in EBITDA.- Prepare pro-forma financial statements and other operating indicators of potential surgery center acquisitions or de novo projects to determine overall potential profitability and viability of the target or new development.- Create retrospective analysis for acquisition projects to compare actual to projected financial performance which allows management to quickly assess return on investment, effective multiples, and the accuracy of pro forma volumes, net revenue, and EBITDA for each acquisition. -Create capital approval request packages for surgery center replacements projects and de novo surgery centers that allows upper management to approve the capital expenditure for such projects.-Create market assessments to determine potential target markets to acquire and/or develop new centers, which resulted in several ASC acquisition opportunities that would have otherwise not been pursued or acquired. - Assist withe preparation of LOI's, offering documents, and partnership documents which includes collaboration with internal and external legal counsel, senior ASC management, and physicians. -Present reports and overall analysis to ASD Development Management, VPOs and Division President
