I am passionate about volleyball. This ignited when I was younger as I did it to be with friends and stay active, yet I never knew I would be fortunate enough to have so many opportunities come from this sport. Volleyball has provided me an outlet to create a network of strong relationships, while also providing scholarship money to gain an education. As a league coordinator for 95 teams, I was able to share my knowledge of the game while inspiring a fun, competitive environment through organization, transparency, and flexible game schedules. I believe that volleyball, and most sports, are good for individuals of all ages as it instills accountability, the necessity for teamwork, and how individual accomplishments can be for the betterment of the whole team. I am a dedicated, hard-working individual who is a team player capable of leading a successful project, or following the lead on a successful project if the environment deems it so. In five years from now, I picture myself in an organization with a culture I will be proud to be a part of and contribute to. I have had a variety of jobs in the past adding diverse traits, and I am ready and dedicated to hang my hat for the long haul at one great company.
